Terms & Conditions — MBI99

To register and maintain an Account on mbi99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during which you hold an Account:

• You must be a natural person aged21 years or older at the time of registration. mbi99 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in respect of all gambling and gaming products on the Platform.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming and betting is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the mbi99 Platform, or from any related platform operated by the same entity.
• You must not be accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or corporate entity without prior written authorisation from mbi99.
• You must be acting for your own personal, recreational purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic trading purpose.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of mbi99 or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.

Each eligible individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of all balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to promptly update this information should any details change.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. mbi99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mbi99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

4.2 Account Suspension and Closure

mbi99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct that mbi99 deems contrary to the integrity of the Platform. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

mbi99 is required to conduct identity verification on all Account holders in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. We may request the following documents at any stage of your membership:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of Maybank or CIMB account in your name, or TnG eWallet account confirmation)
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed specified thresholds

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period following a request may result in restrictions being placed on your Account, including suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed. mbi99 will not process any withdrawal in excess of MYR 5,000 without completed KYC verification on file.

mbi99 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, online banking through Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency deposits including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) via the TRC20 network, and BNB.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• mbi99 does not charge fees for deposits made via e-wallet or bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency network fees areborne by the sender.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. The standard minimum deposit is MYR 30for e-wallets and MYR 100 for bank transfers.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallets and within 5–10 minutes for bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receiving the required number of network confirmations, typically within 15–30 minutes.

6.2 Declined Deposits

mbi99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to originate from fraudulent, unlawful, or third-party sources. In such circumstances, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the associated Account may be subject to review.

Players may request a withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their Account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined in this section. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where mbi99 expressly approves an alternative arrangement.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: MYR 50 for e-wallets; MYR 100 for bank transfers.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other FPX-supported banks are processed within 10–30 minutes during business hours, and within four (4) hours outside of those hours.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30–60 minutes following approval.
• Withdrawal requests submitted while any portion of the Account balance is subject to an active wagering requirement will not be processed until those requirements are satisfied.
• mbi99 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceding MYR 50,000 in a single transaction or MYR 200,000 in aggregate within a 30-day period.

mbi99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus conditions set out herein.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus Funds are credited in addition to any Real Money deposit and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using the combined balance (Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. mbi99 reserves the right to withold or withdraw any bonus from Accounts it determines are engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• mbi99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All sports betting markets, live casino games, slot, and 4D lottery products available on mbi99 are subject to their respective product-specific rules, which are displayed within each product interface. The following general rules apply across all products:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. mbi99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet — including disconnection from the Platform — the affected round or wager will be resolved in accordance with the last confirmed server-side state of that game.
• mbi99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced or concluded at the time the bet was accepted, if the relevant odds were materially mispriced as a result of an error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change prior to match comencement. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted by the system.
• For live football betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other major leagues, all in-play bets are subject to a brief suspension during which time no new bets may be placed. This suspension is indicated in the betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi99 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potentially legal action:

• Collusion: Co-ordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or poker variant.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts or providing false information to claim multiple bonuses, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by mbi99.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback with a payment provider in respect of any deposit made to mbi99.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, disguise, or launder the proceeds of criminal activity in any form.
• Match-Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in relation to which you have inside knowledge or in which you are participating as a competitor, official, or other connected party.

All content on the mbi99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of mbi99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mbi99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mbi99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

mbi99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit mbi99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

mbi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made to these Terms, mbi99 will endeavour to provide advance notice to affected members via the registered email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice posted on the Platform.

Any continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms shall constitute your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

The version of these Terms currently in force is the version dated as displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. You may request a copy of any previous version of these Terms by contacting our support team.
